At that moment, a doctor approaches with wonderful news. He tells her that Shruti’s surgery was a success and she is out of danger. An overjoyed Mannat breaks down in tears of relief, thanking the doctor and the goddess. The doctor praises her, saying any mother would be blessed to have a daughter like her.
In a shocking and quick flashback, we see a younger Shruti abandoning a newborn Mannat on a dark, rainy night, revealing that Shruti is not her adoptive but her biological mother who never wanted her. This adds a tragic layer to Mannat’s devotion.
The next morning, Vikrant wakes up shirtless with a pounding headache and fragmented memories of the previous night. He finds a piece of Mallika’s red blouse on his bed.
