Meera and Vikram were deliciously evil, and their celebratory phone call was a classic villain moment that effectively raised the stakes.
The use of old photographs as a tool for manipulation is a classic soap opera trope, but it was executed well here, feeling like a genuine threat to the couple’s trust. The episode’s biggest strength, however, was the small but significant twist with Sunita’s character. Her reaction of concern rather than anger was unexpected and refreshing.
