The episode begins with Armaan visiting Vidya and Kaveri in their new, humble home. He is shocked to see their living conditions. Kaveri, carrying buckets of water, tells Armaan that he is unaware of their pain and should stop pretending to be sympathetic. Armaan pleads with her to at least tell him what happened in the last seven years that forced them to leave their house. Kaveri coldly replies that they do not discuss family matters with outsiders and walks away, leaving ArmAan heartbroken.
The scene flashes back to sometime earlier. Vidya is crying inconsolably, trying to leave to find Armaan. She says she has spent seven years without her son and can’t bear it anymore. Kaveri stops her forcefully, yelling that Armaan is not her son but the cause of their pain. She says a real son would stand by his parents in times of trouble. She accuses Armaan of being the reason for her tears for the past seven years and tells him to leave, as his face only reminds them of their sorrow. The rest of the Poddar family, including Madhav, Manisha, Krish, and Kiara, watch with tear-filled eyes. Abhira tries to intervene, asking Kaveri to let a mother meet her son. Kaveri calls Armaan a betrayer and refuses. Abhira defends Armaan, saying she won’t let a mother be separated from her son because of her. She takes the blame and tells Armaan to leave. With tears streaming down his face, Armaan kneels at his mother’s feet. Vidya breaks down and hugs him tightly. The mother-son reunion is incredibly emotional for everyone present. Armaan then touches his father Madhav’s feet and receives his blessings. The family, however, has to leave, and Armaan looks on, devastated.
In another scene, Abhira is in her room, struggling with her emotions. She talks to her reflection in the mirror, trying to convince herself that Armaan is now a stranger and his presence shouldn’t affect her. She tries to hide her tear-stained face with makeup. A flashback reveals that Vidya had refused to get her eye surgery until Armaan returned.
Abhira gets a video call from a man named Anshuman, who seems to be a supportive friend. He immediately notices that she has been crying and playfully teases her for trying to hide it. He points out that the coffee mug she is holding to her face is his, and she hasn’t even been drinking from it. He encourages her to relax, assuring her that her problems will soon be over. He says her name, “Abhira Sharma,” which seems to indicate her new identity. Abhira thanks him for his support.
Meanwhile, back at the magnificent Poddar house, the rest of the family is worried. Manisha expresses her concern about Abhira and Armaan’s reunion. Kajal hopes they don’t get separated again after meeting after so many years. Madhav fears how Armaan will react when he learns the complete truth about their situation.
A major flashback reveals the shocking truth. Six years ago, Sanjay, along with Krish, tricked a grieving Kaveri into signing away all their property. Under the guise of getting her to sign insurance and HR-related documents for the firm, he deceitfully made her sign papers that transferred the ownership of the Poddar house and the entire law firm to him and his son. Kaveri, lost in her sorrow, signed the documents without reading them.
In the present day, Abhira, now back at her office, goes through some old files and discovers the same fraudulent papers. She is stunned to realize that Sanjay has stolen everything from the family. She rushes to the Poddar mansion to confront him.
Abhira barges in and stops Kaveri from signing more papers presented by Sanjay. She exposes Sanjay’s massive betrayal in front of the entire family, revealing that he has taken over their house and their law firm. Everyone is left in a state of shock. Sanjay smirks, his plan successful. A furious Kaveri declares that she will not accept charity from a snake they nurtured in their own home. With immense pain but unwavering dignity, Kaveri, Vidya, and Abhira hold hands and lead the family out of the mansion they once called home, leaving Sanjay and Krish behind.
